The Funds have authorized one or more brokers to accept purchase orders on behalf of the Funds, and such brokers are authorized to designate intermediaries to accept purchase orders on behalf of the Funds. A Fund will be deemed to have received a purchase order when an authorized broker or broker-authorized designee accepts the order. A shareholder’s purchase order will be priced based on the Fund’s net asset value next computed after the order is accepted by an authorized broker or broker-authorized designee. The authorized broker or broker-authorized designee may charge the customer a transaction-based or other fee for handling the purchase or sale of shares, and additional conditions may apply.
The Funds issue full and fractional shares, but do not issue certificates. The Funds may not be available in all jurisdictions. Each Fund reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the offering of its shares; to reject purchase orders when, in the judgment of its management, such suspension or rejection is in the best interest of the Fund; and to redeem shares if information provided in the account application proves to be incorrect in any material manner.
