Software
In order to use our site, you must be using one of the following:

These browsers have been chosen because they all support the secure transfer of information via 2-way encryption technology-the more recent the browser version, the more secure this encryption and therefore your financial information. If you do not have one of these browsers, or you have an older version of one, please download the appropriate version. While using our site, you will know the software is working to protect you if you see a small symbol in the corner of the screen.

The symbol will appear in the following manner:

Netscape Navigator-small blue key in the lower left
Internet Explorer-small lock in the lower right
AOL- a pop-up menu
As long as these symbols are displayed, your connection is secure and all data exchange is encrypted.

Passwords
In addition to secure software, we require personal passwords for each of our clients to access their portfolios. They prevent an unauthorized user from accessing your information. The first time you access your portfolio, you will use a password assigned by Payden & Rygel. This password can and should immediately be changed to one of your own choice. As a final security check, you can deactivate your web access at any time by contacting us.
